And that brings South Africa to a close. It was a nice little 30 strip run and I hope you all enjoyed it.
But don’t worry, something new will be starting soon!

lion <3.
Oh, sunset over Table Mountain is fantastic! But even better is sunset FROM Table Mountain. You take the cable car up in the late afternoon and sit down with a cocktail (or several) and watch the sun set over the water, and the lights slowly come on in the city. Best show in town.
I’m curious to see what will happen with the lion in the UK. I hope it won’t get shot. Who lets a lion on an airplane, anyway? It would never pass safety inspections. This comic is terribly inaccurate. SHAME.
Surely the lion cub is too young to drink? Maybe it’s just orangeade in a fancy glass.
@Joshz: <3
@Moo: Sounds awesome, WANT
@Zohar: He put on a deep roar and used his older brother's passport, duh!
@Plasma Man: It's lemon Fanta, Mmmm
@Moo: Table Mountain is cool, i’ve been up there! [/showoff] Didn’t see sunset / drink up top though. Didn’t get a cuddly Dassie from the shop either
Haha, now that was unexpected!
You’ll have to make a movie now: “A Lion in London”.
It’s now making me think of the full version of the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme song.
“She gave me a kissin and she gave me my ticket
I put my walkman on and said I might as well kick it
First class, yo this is bad,
Drinking orange juice out of a champagne glass
Is this what the people of bel-air livin’ like,
Hmm this might be alright!”
Wait a minute… I thought Keo wasn’t allowed on Pure Airlines anymore due to what happened on the way over.
@chridd
In this strip you can see that they flew to Africa on “Pure Air”, not “Pure Airlines”. Maybe they’re actually different airlines?
Yes, but this one says otherwise.
I’ve been on Table Mountain, but only in afternoon/lunchtime, so no sunset pictures. I’ve certainly been in Cape Town over multiple days to have coincided with a sunset, but I don’t think Table Mountain was in viewing range or geometry for a sunset.
